This existing home underwent a major renovation, including some added space, to create a contemporary residence tailored for modern family living. The central roof was raised to allow for a spacious European kitchen. The exterior was transformed using split-face travertine, zinc metal cladding, stainless steel and wood highlights. The interior employs a neutral palette of modern, clean materials and custom millwork, including the front door. The front yard was reimagined into a usable conversation area with built-in seating and a water feature.
